Welcome to AMATIP Digital Box ("AMATIP"), your partner in digital transformation. By accessing or using our suite of tools, resources, and platforms (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. - Account: The registered profile established by Users to access and manage the features and tools provided by AMATIP.
3.1. User Account
To access AMATIP's Services, Users are required to create a personal or organizational account by providing accurate and complete personal or business details, including a valid email address, username, and password. Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their login credentials to prevent unauthorized access.
By creating an account, you agree to:
- Keep your registration details accurate and up to date.
- Assume responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.
- Notify AMATIP immediately of any suspected security breaches, such as unauthorized access or compromised login credentials.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in account suspension or termination at AMATIP's discretion.
3.2. Account Ownership
The individual or entity associated with the registered email address will be considered the owner of the account. In cases where disputes arise regarding ownership, AMATIP reserves the right to make a determination based on supporting documentation, such as payment and billing records or correspondence from the registered email address. AMATIP's decision regarding account ownership is final and binding.
3.3. Contributor Roles
AMATIP allows account owners to invite collaborators ("Contributors") to participate in projects or access specific account features. Account owners are fully accountable for the actions of their Contributors and must ensure that all activities align with these Terms. AMATIP is not liable for disputes arising between account owners and Contributors.
4.1. Permitted Use
AMATIP Digital Box provides Services designed to support lawful and ethical digital operations. By using the platform, you agree to:
- Utilize the Services only for their intended purposes, such as managing tasks, collaborating on projects, improving productivity, enhancing personal branding, generating income through digital tools, hosting websites, providing cloud storage, securing data, and scaling businesses.
- Ensure that all Content uploaded or shared complies with applicable laws, regulations, and intellectual property rights.
- Act in good faith and maintain respectful interactions with other Users and AMATIP representatives.
4.2. Prohibited Use
To protect the integrity and security of AMATIP's Services, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Unlawful Activities: Using the platform for fraudulent, malicious, or otherwise illegal purposes, or uploading Content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
- Platform Exploitation: Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying any part of the platform without prior written authorization, or attempting to bypass security measures.
- Malware and Harmful Content: Uploading or sharing Content containing viruses, malicious code, or other harmful elements that could damage or disrupt the platform or other Users' systems.
- Spam and Phishing: Exploiting the platform to engage in spamming, phishing, or other deceptive practices aimed at misleading or defrauding individuals.
AMATIP retains the right to investigate and take legal action against any User found to be in violation of these prohibited uses, including account termination or reporting to legal authorities.
5.1. User Content
Users maintain full ownership of any Content they upload, create, or share while using AMATIP Digital Box. By utilizing the platform, Users grant AMATIP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, process, and display their Content solely for the purpose of delivering the Services. Users are responsible for ensuring that any Content they upload complies with applicable laws, including copyright and intellectual property regulations.
5.2. AMATIP Intellectual Property
All elements of the AMATIP Digital Box platform - including its design, features, software code, algorithms, trademarks, and brand identity - are the sole intellectual property of AMATIP and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without prior written consent.
5.3. Feedback
By providing feedback, Users agree that AMATIP may use, modify, or implement the feedback without obligation, compensation, or acknowledgment. Feedback does not grant Users any ownership or claim to improvements made to the platform.
6.1. Data Collection and Use
AMATIP is committed to protecting the privacy of its Users and handles all data in compliance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Services, Users consent to the collection and processing of their personal and business data for service delivery, service improvement, and compliance purposes. 6.2. Third-Party Services
AMATIP integrates with various Third-Party Services, including payment processors, analytics providers, and cloud storage services. By enabling these integrations, Users acknowledge and consent to data-sharing practices as outlined in the respective third parties' privacy policies.
6.3. GDPR Compliance
AMATIP ensures full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for Users in the UK and the European Union. 7.1. Paid Services
Certain features within AMATIP Digital Box require a paid subscription. Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 7.4. Users are responsible for ensuring their payment methods are valid and up to date.
7.2. Auto-Renewals
Paid subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal. Renewal charges will be processed using the payment method on file unless the User cancels their subscription before the renewal date. Users will receive prior notice of upcoming renewals.
7.3. Invoices and Taxes
AMATIP issues electronic invoices for all Paid Services. Users are solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes and any additional fees imposed by financial institutions.
7.4. Refund Policy
- Initial Purchases: Refunds may be requested within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase.
- Renewals: Refunds are not available for subscription renewals unless billing errors occur.
- Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as one-time purchases or custom integrations, are non-refundable.
Refund requests should be submitted via AMATIP's support channels and will be processed within 7-10 business days if approved.
AMATIP aims to provide reliable and efficient Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMATIP is not liable for:
- Indirect Damages: Loss of profits, revenue, or other consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
- Content Loss: Data loss caused by User actions, unauthorized access, or technical issues beyond AMATIP's control.
- Third-Party Issues: Problems resulting from the use of Third-Party Services integrated with the platform.
Users are encouraged to maintain backups of their data and take necessary precautions to secure their accounts and Content.
9.1. By User
Users may terminate their AMATIP account at any time via the account settings. Upon termination, Users will lose access to the platform and all associated features and Content. Any fees paid prior to termination will not be refunded unless explicitly stated in Section 7.4. It is the User's responsibility to back up any data before terminating their account.
9.2. By AMATIP
AMATIP reserves the right to suspend or terminate User accounts for violation of these Terms, non-payment of subscription fees, or misuse of the platform. Users whose accounts are terminated may contact support@amatip.com to appeal the decision.
10.1. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Users agree to abide by UK regulations related to digital services, intellectual property, privacy, and consumer rights.
10.2. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith mediation facilitated by a neutral third party. If mediation fails, the matter will be escalated to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. Users are encouraged to contact support@amatip.com to initiate mediation before escalating disputes.
AMATIP reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in legal and regulatory requirements, platform features, pricing, or business practices. Significant changes will be communicated via email or prominent notifications on the platform. Continued use of the platform following updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
